How do I get started with Full Service Interior Design?
We love to see your inspiration photos, mood boards, and architectural plans. We will also want to know the details of your budget and timeline (even if they are estimates). Once you have this information, you can begin the process by filling out our inquiry form.
Do you work with clients outside of your local area?
Yes! Lots of our projects are located outside of Arizona. We take on projects all over the United States. Depending on the scale of your project, we also offer virtual design. We suggest you fill out our inquiry form so we can learn more about your specific project.
What is the cost of remodeling or custom building?
There are many factors that contribute to the cost of Full Service Interior Design including the size, scope, and timeline of your project. In general, you can expect to spend roughly 10% - 15% of your whole-home construction budget on the design service. Once you complete our inquiry form we will reach out to learn more about your project needs to provide a more accurate bid.
What is a typical project timeline?
New builds and remodel timelines are typically determined by the builder and/or general contractor. We work with our clients to complete the conceptual design and spec book before on-site work begins. Many builders and contractors provide us with and idea of their build timeline based on a completed design and clear scope of work. Full home remodels typically take 6 plus months from start to finish. New builds typically take 2-3 years from start to finish.
How involved will I need to be in the design process?
As your dedicated design team, we customize your preferences and work in the manner that suits you best. Some clients prefer active participation. We also have clients who prefer a more hands-off approach. Regardless, part of our expertise involves pushing the boundaries of design. We will gently nudge you beyond your comfort zone and present new, exciting design elements you may not have been exposed to before. Trust us when we say that embracing this process will lead to incredible results.
Is there a minimum size project you'll work with?
There is no project minimum or maximum. Our Full Service Interior Design service is typically reserved for new builds or whole home remodels. Additionally, we typically reserve small room transformations for our Virtual Interior Design Services unless the project is located in Northern Arizona.
Do you procure contractors, builders, and other trades?
We are happy to provide you with recommendation on contractors or builders that we've worked with in the past, but we leave the hiring of your team up to you. We do, however, work closely with all GCs, builders, and architects that are involved in the creation of your project. We provide each tradesmen with a welcome packet to open the line of communication from the beginning.
